Helping survivors of honour-based abuse to seek safety 💜 We're delighted to support the Halo Project with their work to support women from black and minoritised communities affected by domestic and honour-based abuse. A £15,000 grant from Matt's Protect and Support Fund will allow the service to reach further into local communities to identify those most at risk of harm. Many women from minoritised communities face additional barriers to seeking safety, such as cultural isolation, immigration, language barriers and a fear of rejection by their community. Read more ⬇️
